NOW Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder is Non-GMO Project Verified, ensuring you receive a pure and clean supplement without genetic modification.

Each level teaspoon serving delivers 300 mg of elemental magnesium from Albion™ Magnesium Bisglycinate, a patented chelated form recognized for its superior absorption and gentle nature on the digestive system. The powder contains only citric acid as an additional ingredient, ensuring maximum purity without unnecessary fillers or additives. This supplement is free from yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, and sesame, making it suitable for individuals with various dietary restrictions and sensitivities.
NOW Foods, a trusted family-owned company since 1968, has been providing high-quality natural products for over five decades. Their Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder is manufactured and quality-tested in the USA at their Bloomingdale, Illinois facility, following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The company’s commitment to quality and transparency is reflected in their rigorous testing protocols and use of premium ingredients like Albion™ minerals, which are considered the gold standard in mineral chelation technology. NOW Foods ensures that each batch meets stringent quality standards for purity, potency, and safety.
Magnesium is an essential mineral that activates an estimated 300 enzymes in the body, playing critical roles in energy metabolism, protein synthesis, muscle function, and nervous system regulation. The bisglycinate form offers exceptional bioavailability because the magnesium is chelated to two glycine molecules, protecting it from interference by other dietary components and allowing for efficient absorption in the intestines. This chelated form also reduces the laxative effect commonly associated with other magnesium supplements, making it gentle on the digestive system. Magnesium supports neurotransmitter function, helps regulate calcium channels in nerve cells, and contributes to healthy nerve impulse transmission.
Users of NOW Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder can expect to experience improved energy levels, better stress management, and enhanced muscle relaxation. The supplement supports healthy sleep patterns by promoting relaxation of the nervous system and muscles. Regular supplementation helps maintain optimal magnesium levels, which is particularly important as many individuals have inadequate dietary intake of this essential mineral. The powder form offers flexible dosing and can be easily mixed into water, juice, or smoothies, making it convenient for those who prefer not to swallow capsules or tablets. Magnesium bisglycinate also supports cardiovascular health, bone density, and glucose metabolism.
NOW Magnesium Bisglycinate Powder stands out in the competitive supplement market due to its use of Albion™ chelated magnesium, which is backed by extensive research and clinical studies demonstrating superior absorption compared to non-chelated forms. Unlike magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate, which can cause digestive upset, magnesium bisglycinate is well-tolerated and gentle on the stomach. The powder format provides versatility in dosing and consumption methods, allowing users to adjust their intake based on individual needs. The Non-GMO Project Verification and allergen-free formulation make this supplement suitable for individuals with specific dietary requirements and health concerns.
