Discover the superior absorption of NOW Magnesium Glycinate Tablets, a highly bioavailable mineral supplement formulated to support your nervous system, muscle function, and cardiovascular health. This premium formula features Albion™ Magnesium Bisglycinate, a chelated form of magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine, which facilitates optimal intestinal absorption and is gentle on the stomach. Each serving of two tablets delivers 200 mg of elemental magnesium, providing 48% of your daily value. With 90 vegetarian tablets per bottle, this supplement offers 45 servings of essential mineral support for your overall wellness.
The exceptional quality of NOW Magnesium Glycinate is evident in its carefully selected ingredients and clean formulation. Each tablet contains Magnesium Bisglycinate from Albion™, a trusted source known for superior bioavailability compared to common magnesium forms like magnesium oxide. The formula includes minimal additional ingredients such as citric acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid from vegetable sources, silicon dioxide, and a vegetarian coating made from hypromellose, sunflower lecithin, and triethyl citrate. This supplement is non-GMO, vegetarian, vegan-friendly, and free from wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, and tree nut ingredients.
NOW Foods, a family-owned company established in 1968, has been providing high-quality natural products for over 50 years. Their Magnesium Glycinate tablets are manufactured in Bloomingdale, Illinois, USA, at their GMP-certified facility located at 395 S. Glen Ellyn Road. The company adheres to strict Good Manufacturing Practices, ensuring that each batch is quality tested using globally sourced ingredients that meet rigorous standards. The Albion™ Gold Medallion designation confirms the use of authentic Albion minerals, which are trademarked products of Balchem Corporation, guaranteeing consistent quality and proven absorption.
Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, making it critical for energy production, metabolism, protein synthesis, and DNA repair. Magnesium Glycinate specifically provides superior bioavailability, with studies showing it is absorbed up to 4 times better than magnesium oxide. The glycine component not only enhances absorption but also provides its own calming effects on the nervous system. This unique combination supports healthy muscle contraction and relaxation, nerve signal transmission, cardiovascular function, blood pressure regulation, and glucose metabolism. The chelated form ensures maximum utilization by the body while minimizing digestive discomfort often associated with other magnesium supplements.
Users of NOW Magnesium Glycinate can expect to experience improved muscle relaxation, reduced muscle cramps and twitches, and enhanced physical recovery. The supplement’s calming properties help promote better sleep quality, reduced stress levels, and improved mood balance by supporting neurotransmitter function. Regular supplementation can help maintain healthy heart rhythm, support optimal blood pressure levels, and promote strong bone density by working synergistically with calcium and vitamin D. Many users report increased energy levels, reduced fatigue, and better mental clarity as their magnesium levels are optimized through consistent daily use.
NOW Magnesium Glycinate stands out in the competitive supplement market due to its use of Albion™ Magnesium Bisglycinate, the gold standard in mineral chelates. Unlike generic magnesium glycinate products that may contain unreacted magnesium oxide or inferior blends, this formula guarantees authentic chelated magnesium with scientifically validated absorption. The vegetarian tablets are easy to swallow and gentle on sensitive stomachs, making them suitable for individuals who experience digestive upset with other magnesium forms. The 90-tablet bottle provides excellent value for a 45-day supply, and the clean ingredient list ensures you receive pure mineral supplementation without unnecessary additives or fillers.
NOW Magnesium Glycinate – 200 mg – 90 Tablets represents the perfect choice for anyone seeking highly absorbable magnesium supplementation to support muscle, nerve, and heart health. Its Albion™ chelated formula ensures maximum bioavailability and gentle digestion, while the vegetarian and non-GMO formulation meets the highest quality standards.
